The Microwave Turntable Motor rotates the glass tray inside the appliance for even heat distribution. This part is designed to be used with select microwave brands, including Whirlpool®, Maytag®, Kenmore®, JennAir® and KitchenAid®; check to see if your model number is compatible. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the microwave and novice repair experience.
