I can't get the pressure cap off.
The steamer's cap would not come off while it's hot, that's a safety feature. Just wait until the unit cools down, and you'll be able to refill it without any trouble.
Water comes out of the nozzle
The steam cleaner generates lots of steam, which can condense in the hose, tools, and nozzle, then expelled after cooling. This is normal and not a worry. Initially, there may be condensation, but later, it will emit plenty of steam.
It does not keep the pressure and heat,I have to stop cleaning every few minutes and let it build up steam again.
The orange light may come back on when the machine is in use. If this happens,please Keep Cleaning Without Interruption.It has no impact on the cleaning results.
Holding the trigger releases steam, and releasing it stops the steam; it doesn't produce a continuous flow.
For continuous steam, hold the trigger and press the red safety button to "Off/Lock". This locks the trigger, releasing your hand from constant pressing.
